This Gong Gathering on May 31st offers a space to connect with your inner harmonies through the deep vibrations of the gong and other resonant instruments. Relax as I guide you through gentle intention setting, leading you into a rich sonic environment designed to cultivate stillness and well-being. The evening will conclude with a collective vocalization, a beautiful expression of our shared human experience.
All are welcome to participate in this event, regardless of prior experience with sound or meditation.
