You may place a $500 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot, or pay in full. You may also submit this registration without a deposit or payment, but please understand that your space will not be held until a deposit or payment is received. After submission of this form, instructions will be provided for making payments via Venmo, Zelle, check, cash, etc.

This training has limited capacity often generates a waitlist. To ensure that everyone seeking this training has the opportunity to attend, we require a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold your space. All fees paid, including the deposit, are refundable in the event of cancellation of the training by the organizers, or if you cancel and we are able to fill your spot. We are unable to refund credit card processing fees. Instructions on how to submit your deposit and payments will be provided with the registration confirmation.
The tuition for this program is $1550 if registration and the deposit (or full payment) are received by April 1st. After April 1st, the pricing will go up to $1850. All tuition must be paid in full before April 18th, 2025.
Final Tuition Payments
Payments of all amounts other than the deposit may be made via the payment links sent your email following submission of this registration, or via Venmo (@hamidjabbar), Zelle to 480-206-2513, or via cash, or check made payable to Hamid Jabbar PLC. Please note that we are unable to refund transaction processing fees charged by our payment processors. If you would like to help us avoid the significant fees charged by payment processors please use the Paying Friends features of Venmo, or arrange for payment via Zelle, check or cash, which we happily accept. For those wishing to pay with a crypto currency such a Bitcoin, just let us know.
Agreement & Release
I understand that sound training will include practices involving physical movement and working with instruments of many types, including exposure to sounds that might be of a high decibel level and potentially damaging to hearing. It will also include the opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
I understand that I am solely responsible for the use of any instruments I bring into the training and for the supervision of others using instruments that I bring. I understand that the risk of damage to instruments I bring will be solely my own and that I will be solely liable for the injuries of others who may be using instruments that I bring into the training.
With these understandings, I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Hamid Jabbar and Hamid Jabbar PLC, the organizers or this training.
I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement as well as the payment terms set forth above. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my checking the box on this website indicating my consent serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Arizona.
My agreement to these terms shall be signified by my submission of this registration form and submittal of my deposit and I will not use the lack of hand-written signature as a defense to the enforcement of any of these terms.
